Accounting Specialist
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Specialist is an integral member of a dynamic and self-motivated Accounting Team. Primary areas of responsibility include the careful preparation of monthly management reporting, the timely and efficient handling of all statutory compliance matters and other related accounting duties.
The successful applicant will be an active Christian with a heart for the poor. He or she must have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting
- Competency with computers and financial software packages
- The ability to work in a self-directed manner with limited supervision
- Knowledge of the not for-profit tax system, including FBT and GST
- Experience in management accounting
